Marketing Executive - Retention 

Reporting to: Head of Retention Marketing

Location: London

Weekly hours: 37.5

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and reporting on marketing campaigns aimed at retaining our Intelligence subscribers year-on-year and growing our engagement rate and revenues. Using a wide range of marketing channels and techniques, the new candidate must be able to work effectively on their own and as part of a wider team.

The successful candidate will be expected to hit KPIs including metrics such as website visitors and subscriber engagement rates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective onboarding email automation campaigns for new subscribers
  • Implementing and tracking effective engagement email campaigns for subscribers year-round
  • Writing copy for marketing collateral, including brochures, emails, social media and websites
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns for webinars and research report releases
  • Updating webpages and creating briefs for new webpages for subscribers
  • Working with designers to create artwork, including brochures, banners and adverts
  • Implementing monthly newsletters – collating monthly content, updating the e-newsletter with this and scheduling

Knowledge & Experience:

In order to succeed in this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • Up to 2 years previous experience marketing B-2-B subscriptions or SAAS products
  • Experience on CRM and CMS platforms
  • CRM and marketing automation experience is desirable
  • A University degree on any subject

Sales Executive – Subscriptions

Reporting to: Head of Subscriptions

Location: London

About the role:

Based in London the role sits within the Exile Group sales team focused on sponsorship and advertising driving revenue through acquisition and existing clients, while also cross-selling our range of products. The role will predominantly focus on Proximo, but you will also have the opportunity to work across the Exile Group.

About you:

We are looking for a self-starter, who will build on our existing relationships while also identifying new opportunities. You will have the opportunity to thrive in the sales process – from prospecting to closing deals – to the challenges of winning new and cross-sell business and establishing new relationships within your territory.

The successful candidate needs to be highly results-driven and demonstrate strong commercial acumen with excellent pro-active new business development skills, as well as the rigorous application of process - including active use of the Salesforce CRM system. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong value-based selling skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • New business - Building your own portfolio -book of business
  • Account growth – driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Smart sales acumen demonstrated via pipeline management, sales qualification and CRM accuracy
  • Working across divisions – we have a dynamic team who work closely together and being able to deliver feedback and work alongside other areas within the business is critical

Knowledge & Experience:

This role is vital to the development of the Exile Groups ambitions and a number of disciplines are required to ensure its success, the candidate would ideally:

  • Have some experience in selling sponsorship or advertising
  • Have a proven commercial track record in increasing revenue from existing and generating new clients though research and industry knowledge
  • Be a self-motivated and energetic individual, a value-based negotiator and results-oriented
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in personal development & growth and be receptive to coaching
  • Have an intellectual curiosity about how data and analysis solve critical business issues
  • Show effective organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage own workload effectively
  • Experience in using CRM systems such as Salesforce

Marketing Executive - Acquisition

Based in London the role sits within the Exile Group Subscription Marketing team and will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new customers to all Exile brands. The role will predominantly focus on all Exile brands.

Reporting to: Head of Acquisition Marketing

Location: London

Weekly hours: 37.5

About you:

  • You have very good verbal, written and digital literacy
  • You have a proven track record of well executed marketing campaigns with significant ROI
  • You have the ability to prioritise your workload and keep to tight deadlines

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing targeted acquisition email campaigns designed to attract new subscribers
  • Implementing and tracking automated email campaigns for new prospects
  • Implementing and tracking automated email campaigns to re-engage MQL prospects
  • Writing copy for marketing collateral, including emails, landing pages, social media, websites & sales support materials
  • Working with designers to create engaging artwork for the web, banners, adverts and sales support materials
  • Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube and many more
  • Growing our database in areas identified as being a weakness by Marketing Managers
  • Working closely with the subscriptions sales team to create campaign ideas and messaging that will lead to higher conversion rates

Expected to hit KPIs including metrics such as website visitors, MQL & SQL volumes & lead conversion targets.

Knowledge & Experience:

In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will ideally have the following:

  • Up to 2 years previous experience marketing B-2-B subscriptions or SAAS products
  • Experience on CRM and CMS platforms
  • CRM and marketing automation experience is desirable
